Gold Catalysis Research Center (GCRC, link) focuses on the fabrication of functional gold nanoparticles/clusters
and thier applications for catalysis, sensors, biotechnology and medical
science.
In situ/Operando Analysis Group (2304 Group) at GCRC offers strategic approaches
to understanding "Chemical Events" occurring at gold surfaces
and interfaces by in situ/operando spectroscopy. Our major focus lies on
environmental protections such as air pollution control, wastewater treatment
and environmentally-benign synthesis of fine chemicals.
